Little Chef appoints Chris Cotton property director

Roadside restaurant chain Little Chef has appointed Chris Cotton, formerly property and development manager of Paramount Restaurants, as the company's new property director. Cotton will manage the existing portfolio of 162 restaurants as well as future development projects. He is also expected to play a key role in the roll out of a £20m investment programme.
