Local buyer for Devon's Green Door restaurant

A local investor has snapped up the Green Door restaurant in the centre of the East Devon village of Woodbury.

The ground floor contains the 20-seat restaurant and bar, along with a private lounge and catering kitchen.

Private accommodation on the first floor includes two bedrooms, a lounge and a bathroom.

Additionally, there is roof space for storage and two small courtyards to the rear.

Stonesmith of Exeter sold the freehold off a guide price of £249,000 on behalf of Terry and Kate Jones, who have owned the property for nine years.
