Luxuryrestaurantguide.com launches cardless booking

Luxuryrestaurantguide.com has launched a new instant recognition and confirmation service that does away with the need to present a membership card when dining.

Using the online booking service, members of the scheme will now be able to manage their customer experience ahead of the billing process.

Club members will simply need to upload their details to the member area of the website and the app so their booking notes and membership details are transferred instantaneously to the restaurant. The member and the restaurant will be sent booking notes confirming the application of the member offer and its conditions. When dining the member must then simply pay by their credit or debit card, showing their name to confirm automatic member verification.

"At the Luxury Restaurant Guide we are dedicated to providing the very best entertaining ideas with the extra element of seamless privileges exclusively available to Club members. This is the next chapter in our relentless commitment to serving our high net worth diners and streamlining services," said Tessa Shreeve, CEO of the Luxury Restaurant Guide.

"The Luxury Restaurant Guide app and website is designed to meet today's growing preference for discreet value-add or reductions for a more tailored and prestigious dining experience. It's also now extremely easy for corporates to make instant and very significant savings on their dining budgets by simply booking their Club members through the site," she added.
