Marcus Chant joins Incanto Restaurant & Delicatessen as head chef

Incanto Restaurant & Delicatessen in Harrow on the Hill near London, has appointed Marcus Chant as its new head chef.

Chant has previously worked at the Greenhouse, Chewton Glen and Banc restaurant in Sydney.

Chant has produced a southern Italian-influenced menu for the restaurant, which is a member of the newly-formed Sustainable Restaurant Association.
