Michael Gavaghan appointed manager of D&D London's Blueprint Café

Michael Gavaghan has been appointed new manager of D&D London's Blueprint Café at Butlers Wharf. He joins from Village London where he headed up the launch of the Riding House Café in London's West End. Gavaghan has worked across a wide variety of venues including pubs, brasseries and fine-dining restaurants. Prior to Village London, he spent four years at Gordon Ramsay Holdings where he helped launch three of the group's restaurants.
