Michelin Inspectors' Favourite Anglers Inn for sale after administration
The Anglers Inn near Perth, Scotland, a former Inspectors' Favourite in the Michelin Eating Out in Pubs Guide, has been put up for sale after the business went into liquidation.
Property agent Colliers International is marketing the property in Guildtown, and is looking for offers around £325,000.
New Skyline Developments, the owner and operator of the Anglers Inn, went into liquidation in January this year.
The Anglers Inn has the capacity for 60 covers, a public bar, six letting bedrooms and to the rear of the property and a large private car park.
Alistair Letham, a director with selling agents Colliers International, said: "Although superficially the façade of the Anglers Inn has a quintessentially Scottish simplicity, this completely belies the quality and standard of accommodation and services that is offered. The availability of the Anglers Inn offers a great opportunity for new owners to re-establish a thriving property at the property".
