Single-ingredient concept Monsieur Le Duck will launch its first bricks and mortar site in London's Clerkenwell next month.
The site is scheduled to launch on 9 May - less than a week after the planned closure of its pop-up.
The duck-themed menu offering will include mains such as duck wellington and duck steak baguette with moules marinière. Small plates will include duck rillettes with bread, cornichons and jam; confit duck croquettes with chilli mayo or truffle; as well as confit duck wings on celeriac remoulade.
Desserts include tarte aux pommes with crème fraÁ®che and a ‘fromage Á trois' of Brillat Savarin, chèvre and Comté.
