Muddiman takes over at Simpson's

Paul Muddiman is the new executive chef at British institution Simpson's-in-the-Strand. He joined the Savoy Group-owned restaurant at the start of this week, replacing head chef David Blades.

A spokeswoman for the company said the traditional British cuisine would remain but, inevitably, Muddiman would bring his own influences to the … la carte menu.
