Natasha Shorthouse appointed restaurant manager of Simpsons

Simpsons in Edgbaston, Birmingham, has promoted Natasha Shorthouse to restaurant manager.

Shorthouse, who has worked at Simpsons for two years, has previously worked at London restaurants, Gordon Ramsay at Claridges, as head waitress, and at Launceston Place, Kensington, where she took on the role of assistant restaurant manager.

Shorthouse said: "I enjoyed my first ever Michelin-starred-meal at Simpsons at the age of 18 and I remember so much about it that I knew immediately that it was where I wanted to work. It feels very much like a family here. Andreas and Luke [Tipping] really care about their staff members and invest in them.

"Every day is different at Simpsons, making it exciting as you never know what challenges may arise. Our guests are so varied which also keeps me and the front of house team on our toes."
