Nathan Outlaw set to open fourth restaurant

Two-Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw is set to open his fourth restaurant.

The new site, opening later this month, in Port Isaac, Cornwall, will be called Outlaw's Fish Kitchen.

Development chef Paul Ripley will oversee the kitchen, with James Lean as head chef.

"We wanted to do something different to our other offerings at the St Enodoc Hotel and the Capital Hotel in London," said Outlaw.

"Our aim is to provide the same quality of produce and keep the simplicity of the food, but offer it to a wider audience in a much more informal, relaxed environment.

"We want it to be a place where you can just drop in and try as much or as little as you like, and relax with a bottle or glass of wine, or whichever special beer we have in that week. It's a million miles from fine dining, but the standards of food are no different, and our commitment to looking after the customer will never waiver."

Outlaw also runs the two Michelin-starred Restaurant Nathan Outlaw and Outlaw's, both in the St Enodoc hotel in Rock, Cornwall, as well as Outlaw's at the Capital hotel in London.
