Neil Cooper to head up two Artisan restaurants and nine tea rooms for Booths

Booths' in store restaurants and tea rooms has taken on Neil Cooper to look after the regional food and drink chain's two Artisan restaurants in Kendal and Lytham and its nine tea rooms across Lancashire, Cumbria, Yorkshire and Cheshire.

He joins Booths from Milburns, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, where he was group catering manager for the Science Museum, Imperial War Museum and Manchester Art Gallery.

Prior to this Cooper spent three years at Blenheim Palace as hospitality manager, running two cafés, a restaurant and three kiosks and organised a range of conference and banqueting events.
