New fast casual concept Nusu to open in London

A new fast casual dining venue called Nusu is set to open in London in July, with plans to open eight sites over the next three years.

Nusu at 30-33 Minories in London's EC3 is set to offer "artisan" coffee and hot food including curries, pastas and "wok fusions" and is the first London outpost for the brand, which already has one site in Biel, Switzerland.

The UK side of the business will be run by chief executive Marc Bates, while it is owned by Simon Nufer and a private investor, both based in Switzerland.
