Peter Weeden, former head chef at the Paternoster Chop House, has opened his first solo venture. The restaurant is spread over two floors, comprising a ground-floor bar and raw bar, and an informal first-floor dining room featuring dark wooden floors, antique tables, vintage chairs and a fireplace.
