Northern Restaurant & Bar 2013 Top 50 unveiled
Fifty top hospitality professionals have been honoured as the best in their industry in the North of England, as part of the 2013 Northern Restaurant & Bar show, being held at Manchester Central.
The second NRB Top 50 list was chosen by panel of industry experts from the Russell Partnership. Winners were recognised for their influence, impact and overall eminence within the sector.
In addition to the top 50, three special achievement winners were honoured for their exceptional accomplishments.
They were: Carlo and Marcello Distefano, owners of the San Carlo Group of restaurants; two-Michelin-starred chef Simon Rogan, who runs L'Enclume, Rogan & Co and the Pig & Whistle pub in Cartmel, Cumbria, as well as Roganic in London and is about to open two new restaurants at the Midland Hotel in Manchester; and Stephen Miles, general manager at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Manchester.
