Aviator, the design-led hotel by the TAG group, located at Farnborough airport on the Surrey/Hampshire border, has launched this informal British restaurant, which is open to both hotel guests and the public. It is inspired by Sir Frank Whittle, the renowned British aeronautical engineer.
