Chef Adam Byatt's Trinity in south London has reopened with new interiors, an alfresco piazza and a second-floor restaurant called Upstairs. This new casual-dining space has communal dining tables and dishes cooked to order from an open island kitchen.

Typical dishes Pig's trotter with gribiche; lemon sole baked in seaweed butter (Trinity); roast chestnut salad; and crab thermidor (Upstairs)
