Operator line-up for Boxpark Croydon revealed
Boxpark in Croydon, Surrey, which is billed as a "pop-up mall" has revealed the full list of food and drink outlets to be operating from the new venue when it opens on 31 October.
Operators including MEATliquor, Chilango, Mamalan, Wine&Deli, The Breakfast Club, Bang Bang Hawker Kitchen, Cook Daily, The Potato Project, Greek On The Street, Thai Express, Indi-Go and more than 20 more will be on the site. Traders span across two floors within shipping containers.
The 2,000 capacity space will not only play host to casual dining but a daily dedicated events programme, from weekly markets, workshops and masterclasses to launch parties and special shows.
Agee Johnston, Boxpark's retail director said: "We are excited to bring a selection of street traders, independents and established operators offering cuisines from all over the world to Boxpark Croydon where people can eat, drink and play."
Mayor of London Sadiq Khan added: "One of the things I love most about London is that its cultural gems are not just limited to the city centre. Around every corner of the capital there is something new and exciting to discover and Croydon is full of fantastic things to see and do."
Boxpark Croydon sits next to East Croydon station and will be open seven days a week from 7am - 11pm Monday - Saturday and 8am - 10pm on Sundays.
