Orrery, D&D London's luxury French restaurant in Marylebone, has appointed Kathrine Larsen as head sommelier. Danish-born Larsen joins the Orrery team from fellow D&D restaurant Le Pont de la Tour and has also worked at Skylon and Michelin-starred restaurants in Copenhagen. She has passed the advance level exam at the Court of Master Sommeliers, and is studying for the final diploma.
