Palm's hospitality impresses critic
Richard Vines visited US steak chain The Palm in London.
The Bloomberg critic said he can "see Palm becoming a very successful restaurant on the basis of its consistency and authenticity" in his review.
He also enjoyed the hospitality but noted that prices are heading towards expensive, although you can eat on a budget at Palm if you avoid the lobster.
"I'd go to Palm for a slice of authentic Americana. In gastronomic terms, it's a steakhouse chain".
