Algerian-born Tony Kitous, owner of London restaurants Levant and Levantine, is now applying his skills to Pasha in Gloucester Road, Kensington. Formerly part of Caprice Holdings, the newly revamped restaurant offers Moroccan cuisine in opulent surroundings.

  • Food Traditional Moroccan recipes include lamb meshwi, a slow-cooked shoulder of lamb with apricots, prunes, sultanas and figs, or s'csou laaroussa, whole stuffed poussin with cinnamon and almond couscous. Desserts include orange and date salad with cinnamon and honey or a range of traditional pastries.
