Scott joins after nearly 10 years with regional restaurant group Heathcotes where he was responsible for the successful launch of several venues in Manchester, Preston and Liverpool, before being appointed the group's executive operations manager. He also spent three years as restaurant manager at Selfridge's in the Trafford Centre.
