Gordon Ramsay Holdings has relaunched Pétrus a stone's throw from the original, now occupied by Marcus Wareing at the Berkeley. The centre of the dining room features an open wine cellar showcasing more than 1,500 bottles.

Menu French - dishes include pan-fried sea scallops with cauliflower, anchovy and caper, beurre noisette; roasted beef fillet with braised shin, baked celeriac and Barolo sauce; and marinated pineapple with coconut panna cotta, lime and chilli syrup.
