Peyton and Byrne at the Lyric to open next week

Peyton and Byrne is set to open its new bakery and café in London's Hammersmith, by the Lyric theatre, next week.

Peyton and Byrne at the Lyric will sit in Lyric Square and will serve an all-day menu, ranging from coffee and Chelsea buns at breakfast, to salads and hand-made pies at lunch, and cakes and sweet treats throughout the day.

In addition to its wide choice of modern British bakery, it will also serve over 40 loose leaf teas and craft beers.

Peyton and Byrne was founded by restaurateurs Oliver and Siobhan Peyton in 2005 following the opening of the eco-friendly Inn the Park in 2004.

Over the past 11 years Peyton and Byrne has expanded and now operates venues in the Royal Academy, the Wallace Collection, the National Gallery, the British Library, the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, the ICA in the Mall and IWM London.
