Pieminister acquires 10th site

Pie restaurant and café business Pieminister has acquired its tenth site, this time in Nottingham.

The Bristol firm has taken a 3,000 sq ft site at 57 Long Street, which was vacated by chemist Boots 12 months ago.

The new venue is expected to open in mid-January 2016.

Pieminister aims to expand to 30 sites by 2020, with other targets including Bath, Brighton, Cambridge, Edinburgh and Liverpool.

The company is being assisted by commercial property firm Williams Gunter Hardwick in its search for new venues.

Pieminister was founded by Jon Simon and Tristan Hogg and opened its first site on Bristol's Stokes Croft.
