Porky's BBQ opens on Bankside

London-based Porky's BBQ restaurant is to open a second site, this time in Bankside.
The new venue will open in early June following the success of its original Camden site.
The 104-cover restaurant offers Memphis-style barbecue dishes, American-inspired cocktails and a selection of bourbons and rye whiskies.
The 3,330 sq ft site will feature an open-plan kitchen and a holding bar. The deal for the restaurant was brokered by property agent Restaurant Property.
Porky's BBQ is the brainchild of husband and wife team, Simon and Joy Brigg, who developed the concept following their travels around America. They are currently looking for a third site.
