Harvey Nichols Prism Restaurant and Bar situated in the former premises of the Bank of New York, opened it's doors to the City in April 1999 and is the third London based Harvey Nichols restaurant.

The stunning surroundings at Prism, delicious food and efficient service cannot help but to create a successful and unique event.

Prism's Main Restaurant is a striking room with its dramatic high ceiling and imposing pillars. As well as the grand main restaurant, Prism has 2 function areas.

The Library is situated on the ground floor at the rear of the restaurant and is perfect for small intimate lunches/dinners and meetings. Its style is reminiscent of a small gentleman's club, retaining many of the original features including the ornate ceiling and fireplace.

The Mezzanine is located on the first floor of Prism and is perfect for private dining, meetings and drinks receptions. It is a dual aspect room with an amazing view of both the Main Restaurant and Leadenhall Market.

Additionally, Prism's Lower Ground Bar is a perfect area to host a drinks reception with its fabulous cocktails and stylish interior.

The Harvey Nichols Chef's apprenticeship scheme is aimed at ambitious young people with a genuine passion for food who are driven towards a career within an environment that promotes creativity, flair and personal growth. Work and train in a busy, professional and prestigious environment alongside a talented team of Chefs across a multi site restaurant operation.

We aim to provide excellent training and support using work and college based training to give you the best start in your chosen career. You will be mentored by our Senior Chefs all at the top of their profession and many who have risen through the ranks in our kitchens.

It is an opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised qualification within the hospitality industry, training with like-minded aspiring Chefs. Participate in local and national Chef competitions.

We can give you a promise of development, support and a clearly defined career path. Dedicated block periods out of the workplace for technical and theoretical development within a college environment. Guaranteed role of Chef de Partie on successful completion of the programme.
