Prominent West Cornwall pub-restaurant changes hands

The Inn For All Seasons at Treleigh, Redruth, Cornwall, has been sold off a guide price of £250,000 for the leasehold interest. The agent was Miller Commercial.

The business occupied a prominent position next to the main A30 trunk route through Cornwall. It offers 12 guest bedrooms, a bar and a 125-seat restaurant. There is a separate function room, and two-bedroom owners' accommodation.

The Inn for All Seasons was made available on the remainder of a 20-year lease commencing October 2001 at a current passing rental of £45,000 a year.

The business has been acquired by local purchasers, Mr & Mrs Vickery.
