Quaglino's names Konrad Inghelram as new head chef

Quaglino's has announced the appointment of a new head chef, Konrad Inghelram.

Originally from Belgium, Inghelram began his training in France at the Michelin-starred Au Chapon Fin before returning to his native country. There he worked as chef de partie for Filip Bogaert and T'Lauarierblad Au Vigneron, both of which hold two Michelin stars.

Inghelram will be staying true to the Quaglino's philosophy of offering modern brasserie-style cuisine.

The eatery on Bury Street, owned by D&D London, will also be re-launching its by-invitation-only ‘Q Club' members club for regulars.
