Ray de Fazio to open Cent Anni in Wimbledon village

Restaurateur Ray de Fazio will open Italian restaurant Cent Anni in Wimbledon village in March.

The 100-seat site will be open for lunch and dinner, offering modern and classic dishes.

The wine list will have an Italian focus, but stretch into other European regions.

A set lunch will be priced at £15 for two courses, while the à la carte menu will be approximately £45 per person.

De Fazio also owns Café Med in St John's Wood and Med Kitchen in Kensington.

The Wimbledon High Street site was previously occupied by a Cau branch, which closed in late 2018 after parent company Gaucho fell into administration.
