René Redzepi of Noma joins Taste of London line-up
René Redzepi from Danish restaurant Noma will be joining the line for this year's Taste of London Restaurant Festival 2011.
The new Secret Garden area will host a Q&A with Redzepi where people will be able to hear first-hand about his unique style of cooking.
Visitors will be able to take note of the more unconventional ingredients he uses and understand how his Copenhagen restaurant has remained at the number one spot for two years running.
The chef will also be making a guest appearance in the new S. Pellegrino Trilogy Masterclass, tasting and pairing food, wine and water.
Taste of London is totaling 11 Michelin stars this year. Scott's, Le Caprice, Petrus, Skylon, Gauthier Soho and Bocca di Lupo / Gelupo are just a handful of new restaurants involved for the festival, which is expected to attract over 50,000 visitors across the four days at London's Regent's Park between 16 and 19 June.
