Conran Restaurants continues its gastronomic domination of the Royal Exchange in London with the opening of the Restaurant Sauterelle. On the mezzanine overlooking the Grand Café, the restaurant provides views on to the courtyard. French bourgeois-style cooking is accompanied by a selection of 60 bins of wines.
