Selling sports programmes at Bristol Rugby stadium

What was your first job in catering?

Working at Crispies Fish & Chips shop

What do you normally have for breakfast?

A cup of tea and sometimes a banana

Which is your favourite restaurant?

My nan's house!

What's your favourite hotel?

Airbnb

What is your favourite drink?

A dry sherry

What is your favourite food?

At the moment it's roast potatoes

Which ingredient do you hate the most?

Baked beans

Are there any foods/ingredients that you refuse to cook with?

I only cook with things in their prime, and I'm not a fan of fresh mint

What flavour combinations do you detest?

Mint choc chip ice-cream

Which person in catering have you most admired?

Everyone that has the tenacity to work in the industry and do amazing things, but there's one particular person that inspires me the most: Brian Steel - he's not in catering!

If not yourself, who would you rather have been?

My dog Winslow

Describe your ultimate nightmare?

A cold bath with baked beans

What irritates you most about the industry?

The negative perception from the general public

What's your favourite film?

Gladiator

Marmite, you just can't beat it
