‘Risking It All' restaurant near Canterbury for sale

A restaurant whose transformation from an antiques shop was documented by Channel 4's Risking It All TV series has been put on the market for £475,000 or more.

The 40-seat Blue Vinny is a mid-terrace property in the heart of the village of Elham on the Kent Downs.

It attracts trade from nearby Canterbury, Folkestone and Dover as well as tourists and travellers planning to cross the Channel.

The property includes a four-bedroom owners' maisonette complete with kitchen, office and lounge and patio garden

The sale is being handled by the Reading office of Colliers Robert Barry.
