Ross Shonhan to open third Bone Daddies

Chef and restaurateur Ross Shonhan is to open his fifth Japanese restaurant in London, and his third under the Bone Daddies brand.

The new site will be within Helical Bar and Crosstree Real Estate's the Bower development in Old Street and is set to launch in August.

The new venue, incorporating a bar counter, will be located on the corner of Baldwin Street and will seat up to 60 covers. Open for lunch and dinner, the new site will adhere to the usual Bone Daddies no reservations policy.

Former Zuma chef Shonhan launched his first solo venture, Bone Daddies, in Soho in 2012. It was followed by Flesh and Buns in Covent Garden the following year.

Most recently, he opened the 70-cover Shackfuyu on Old Compton Street in Soho.
