Sam and Eddie Hart are to open a third Barrafina, on London's Drury Lane in July.
The site will have 28 covers, 23 of which will comprise red leather high stools along a marble topped bar facing the kitchen.
Like the brothers' other sites, it will operate on a first come, first served basis, with bookings only taken for groups of eight or more in the private dining room.
Like the other sites, the restaurant will feature daily specials alongside classic Barrafina dishes such as sardines a la plancha, milk fed lamb and ham croquetas.
Executive head chef Nieves Barragán Mohacho will also introduce new dishes inspired by recent trips to Galicia, San Sebastien and Mallorca such as migas y huevos rotos, cuttlefish empanadilla and conjeo al ajillo.
José Etura will be heading up the front of house as general manager, while waiters and chefs will work side by side to deliver dishes to customers at the counter.
