With an interior replicating its palatial Bangkok namesake, luxury Thai restaurant Saran Rom looks set to break the mould in Asian dining. Day beds on a heated terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows and a tuk-tuk taxi service complement the classic non-Westernised dishes on the menu.
