Scott McCaig has become the new restaurant manager of Hix at the Albemarle at Brown's hotel in London.
McCaig has joined Brown's hotel from Scott's, Mayfair, where he has been restaurant manager since its opening in 2006. He has worked with both Mark Hix and Lee Streeton in the past and prior to Scott's he worked at the Palmerston, the Wolseley, the Ivy and 78 St Vincent.
Commenting on McCaig's appointment, Hix said: "We are very pleased that Scott is joining us. He is not only hugely respected, but brings with him great energy, experience and personal dedication to guests and clients needs."
