Second Kiwi Kitchen site in London

Fledgling New Zealand restaurant chain Kiwi Kitchen has bought its second venue in London following the acquisition of the former 1492 Latin Fusion in Fulham.
The 60-seat restaurant occupies a basement and ground floor site in North End Road, near Fulham Broadway.
The London Central office of Christie + Co sold a new 25-year lease off an asking price in the region of £150,000 and an annual rent of £50,000.
