Shaka Zulu to open champagne and oyster bar

Shaka Zulu is to launch a new champagne and oyster bar at the Camden restaurant and nightclub.

The new offer will sit on the mezzanine floor of the 27,000 sq ft venue, opposite the existing lounge bar.

Scheduled to open to the public on 13 June, it will serve a range of Champagnes including Laurent Perrier, Bollinger, Dom Perignon and Veuve Cliquot. A number of oyster-infused cocktails will also be available.

Fine de Claire Oysters from the South of France will be on offer with a choice of sauces such as wasabi and elderflower dressing and smoked chilli jelly.

Commenting on the new champagne and oyster bar at the 850-capacity Shaka Zulu, a spokesperson said the aim was to enhance Shaka Zulu's "luxurious experience".
