Simon Kossoff to share the Carluccio's story at the Arena Lunch
Simon Kossoff, chief executive officer of Italian restaurant chain Carluccio's, is to take centre stage at the next networking association Arena Lunch in July.
The chain currently stands at 59 restaurants in the UK, one in Dublin and five in the Middle East, with plans for as many as another 70. In 2010, the company was bought by the Landmark Group for £90m and taken private.
Kossoff will share the Carluccio's story so far and the strategy he has put in place to stimulate and sustain growth, and ultimately reach the target of opening 100 UK stores and developing a wider international plan for the business.
He will be speaking at the Arena Lunch on Tuesday 17 July at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel, London.
Tickets to the event are £135 plus VAT for Arena members and £175 plus VAT for non-members. For further information and to buy tickets contact Lorraine Wood on 0203 087 2378, e-mail lorraine@arena.org.uk or visit www.arena.org.uk.
