Simon Levy joins Eighty-Six as head chef

Simon Levy has joined Eighty-Six as head chef. His most recent role was senior sous chef at Koffmann's at the Berkeley. The new à la carte menu is designed to show off Levy's traditional French training but also caters for food intolerances with many dishes gluten free or dairy free.
