Spaghetti House and Prezzo pick up PAPA awards
Prezzo and the Spaghetti House were the big restaurant winners at the Pizza, Pasta & Italian Foods Association (PAPA) industry awards.
Simone Lavarini, 83, who founded the Spaghetti House was honoured with the Operator of the Year Award, while Prezzo picked up Pizza Chain of the Year.
Prezzo chief executive, Jonathan Kaye, said: "It is wonderful to be recognised for the quality of our restaurants and the food and service on offer.
"Our range of pizzas are extremely popular with our customers and the award is testament to the dedication of our chefs and front of house staff in making and delivering first-class pizzas at all times."
