Strut & Cluck restaurant founders to open new site Delamina in Marylebone
Delamina, an 80-cover Eastern Mediterranean restaurant will open next week (8 March) following a soft launch from 5 March.
Chef Limor, who was born in Tel Aviv with family spanning from Russia to Iran, will draw on her heritage to create dishes such as herbed and spiced angus beef and venison koftas on a bed of hummus and tahini, grilled onions, harissa oil drizzle and charcoaled leeks with crumbled manouri, dried apricots, roasted hazelnuts and crispy capers.
Drinks will include wines from the Middle East and cocktails created using herbs and spices from the kitchen.
Limor and Amir Chen started their careers with high street café group Apostrophe, which was sold to CH&Co in 2012.
Strut & Cluck began as a pop-up in Shoreditch House before it secured a permanent site in 2016.
