Suchef to open fifth site
Healthy fast-casual chain Suchef, which offers grab-and-go food cooked sous vide, is to open a fifth site.
The group will open a new venue on Chancery Lane on 1 June, and will offer new "signature boxes" (pictured) for the first time.
The signature boxes will allow customers to select salmon or chicken breast in combination with a selection of sauces, sides, garnish and rice. Options include the teriyaki box, coconut curry, and healthy beetroot salad.
Suchef already has locations in St Paul's, Farringdon, Aldgate and Old Street, having launched its first venue in July last year.
The concept was founded by Suchef managing director Anastasia Danilova.
