Suresh Pillai becomes head chef at Cinnamon Culture in Bromley
Suresh Pillai has joined Cinnamon Culture in Bromley, Kent, as head chef.
His most recent role was at Purple Poppadom in Cardiff, the holder of the Welsh Curry House of the Year. Pillai previously spent five years with MW Eat Group where he worked at Veeraswamy and Masala Zone.
He has experience across a wide range of Indian cuisines, specialising in southern Indian food and fresh seafood preparations.
