Terroir's wine list so well written they should sell it, says critic

He also finds the bar menu produced by Ed Wilson, from the Galvin brothers' stable, very good.

Matthew Norman, at the Guardian, visits The Sir Charles Napier in Oxfordshire and enjoys a lunch of "such superlative quality, and at such dementedly small cost, that credulity was stretched until it squealed for mercy".
