TGI Friday's and All Bar One to open in Southampton's WestQuay

TGI Friday's and All Bar One will be opening new sites at the WestQuay Watermark development in Southampton, which is set to cost £85m.

The American casual dining restaurant chain will be taking a 738sq m unit within the complex, while All Bar One will be occupying a 422sq m site.
Hammerson, manager and developer of retail complexes in Europe announced the new tenants along with the signing of 10-pin bowling operator Hollywood Bowl.

The 17,000sq m scheme will become part of WestQuay shopping centre, which will launch later this year.

Now 83% pre-let, the scheme has already attracted a range of restaurants including Wahaca, Byron, Bill's, Cabana, Five Guys, Cau, Cosmo and Red Dog Saloon.

Sarah Fox, head of restaurants and leisure at Hammerson, said: "Hollywood Bowl, All Bar One and TGI Friday are all fantastic brands to welcome to the scheme. Along with a number of operators already secured, I am particularly pleased that the scheme will be debuting Hollywood Bowl and All Bar One [in Southampton].

"This is testament to the development as well as the city as a vibrant leisure, dining and retail hub. As we count down to the launch we are looking forward to welcoming more brands to the city and continuing to strengthen its appeal to customers from across the South Coast."
