Food: Modern European. Start with tiger prawns flambéed in absinthe served with a fennel seed mayonnaise, followed by Aberdeen Angus steak sandwich with Dijon and parsley mustard in ciabatta with chips and béarnaise dipping sauce. Finish with hot chocolate fondue platter to share, with strawberries, marshmallows, profiteroles, biscotti and white chocolate swirls.
