The Garland Ultra range is all-electric and includes energy-efficient induction hobs that use power only when something is being cooked. There's not a gas burner in sight, which means no carbon to be sucked out or vast amounts of air to be pumped in. Parallel to and just a few feet away from the suite is the 1,200mm-long heated pass, drastically reducing the distance travelled by chefs during service.
