Three-Michelin-starred chef Eneko Atxa's informal restaurant, Eneko at One Aldwych, will open its doors on 1 September at London's One Aldwych hotel in Covent Garden.
Atxa, of Azurmendi restaurant near Bilbao, will serve a traditional Basque-inspired menu at the 110-cover restaurant.
The menu will also cater for vegetarians, offering dishes such as dressed beetroot tartare and bomba rice risotto with Idiazabal pesto.
On the mezzanine level, a 35-cover wine bar will be stocked with Spanish wine including one made in Atxa's own vineyard, Gorka Izagirre Txakoli.
The restaurant is the first designed by Casson Mann. Materials, particularly wood and stone, have been sourced from craftsmen in the Basque region.
Throughout August guests can attend the soft launch at Eneko at One Aldwych, receiving 50% off food prices.
